As an Art Therapy Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the emotional well-being of our patients. You will have the opportunity to work in our Palliative and Inpatient Behavioral Health units, where your skills will truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients, identifying their therapy needs. Design and implement personalized therapeutic interventions using art therapy techniques suitable for diverse patient populations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient information, therapeutic interventions, feedback, and outcomes. Act as a resource for the organization on art therapy practices and programs. Supervise and mentor interns, students, or other art therapists when required. Demonstrate critical thinking and independent decision-making skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Requirements: Master's degree in Art Therapy. Registered as an Art Therapist (ATR) and preferred: Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) by the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB).
