This role ensures the integrity of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding the company's financial health. The CAO will collaborate with other executive leaders to develop strategic financial plans that align with the company's goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor members of the accounting team, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
