Job Title: Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Location: Sleep Inn & Suites 84 Relco Drive Manchester, TN 37355
Schedule: 2 Days per Week (Flexible Shifts Available)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly Pay (Based on Experience)

Position Summary:

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, and resolving guest requests with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage phone calls and guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services

Requirements:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must be available for 2 shifts per week (weekends or weekdays based on availability)
