Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation teams and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of HVAC system installations-from supervising crews and managing inventory to ensuring code compliance and resolving customer concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in developing team performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the successful delivery of every project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Supervise and support HVAC installation crews to ensure timely, high-quality work
  • Maintain strict adherence to all HVAC codes, safety protocols, and quality control standards
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, including follow-up communication
  • Manage equipment inventory, ordering, and distribution for installation jobs
  • Oversee the procurement and proper deployment of equipment for upcoming installs
  • Provide training on new HVAC equipment and technologies as needed
  • Prepare and present weekly PowerPoint presentations for team meetings
  • Monitor and hold team accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position
  • EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and organizational skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs
  • Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner)
  • Moderate lifting may be required (15-20) pounds
  • Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day
