Precision is a residential plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical service company based in Boulder, Colorado and has been in business since 1982. We are looking to bring on an Electrical Service Technician onto our team. No experience required, but experience can provide opportunities for higher pay and management opportunities! Paid training included. We have a on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business.

The HVAC Install Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a qualified HVAC Install Manager with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of advanced air conditioning and heating systems. An ideal candidate will be proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and work plans to oversee and guide installation teams effectively. A valid HVAC certification and current driver's license are required and should have at least four years of prior experience as a Service Technician, with a proven ability to manage projects, support technicians in the field, and ensure high-quality installations that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
