**Description:** You will be the Inspector Senior, leading our inspection team and ensuring that all inspection activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner\. Our team is responsible for verifying the quality of our products, and implements rigorous inspection processes to guarantee excellence\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for leading your peers in daily inspection work, assigning tasks, and ensuring that production needs are met\. You will also play a key role in training and certifying new inspectors, and demonstrating organizational skills to drive team success\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** \- Strong Attention to Details \- Ability to multi\-task, meet deadlines, and support business needs\. \- Ability to quickly learn multi\-inspection / verification methods and requirements\. \- Must have good work habits, including being in the work area and on the job during all scheduled work periods\. \- Must have acceptable attendance record\. \- Good organizational skills\. \- Demonstrate ability to lift 40 lbs\. \- Work in heat/cold and wet/dry conditions\. \- Interim Secret required to start with ability to obtain secret security clearance\. \- High School Diploma or GED required \- Successful completion of AIDT training required prior to start\. \-1 year requirement as an assembler \*\*Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives \("ATF"\) background check to obtain approval to be an "employee possessor" \(of explosives or other ATF\-regulated items\) as defined by ATF regulations\.
