Key Responsibilities:

Build & Manage Your Pipeline: Engage with clients, collect and verify documents, and oversee the loan process from start to finish.

Client Consultation: Guide borrowers through various mortgage options (including residential and commercial), ensuring they get the best solutions to fit their financial goals.

Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with state and federal mortgage regulations, ensuring every transaction meets compliance standards.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with processors, underwriters, and team members to facilitate swift and efficient loan closings.

Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM tools to track leads and manage your client pipeline.

Professional Development: Continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions and product guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience in the mortgage industry preferred (licensed or unlicensed individuals with a track record in sales are encouraged to apply).

Understanding of basic lending guidelines, credit analysis, and loan origination processes (training is available for those who are new).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—we want go-getters who can connect with clients and teammates alike.

Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain one).
