What we are looking for: Appropriate education and experience requirements as defined by the Governing Body and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level Demonstrated knowledge of business management **IMPORTANT NOTE: if this position will serve as a Manager of Care Services, use the "Administrator" job ad example** Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements What you will be doing: Identify and implement the organizational structure Responsible for all day-to-day operations Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies Oversee the Agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Live your best life possible while helping others live theirs Our Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do.
