Their portfolio includes a diverse mix of commercial and residential properties across the state. They are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Property Accountant to join their dynamic team and contribute to the financial health of their operations. Job Description Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties. Perform general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Reconcile tenant accounts, rent rolls, and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charges. Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and financial controls. Liaise with property managers and external auditors as needed. Maintain organized financial records and support documentation. Strong understanding of GAAP and real estate financial reporting. Proficiency in property management/accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar). Strong Excel and analytical skills.
