Job Description

Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance, and sustain leadership in their markets. We support healthcare organizations in building innovation capabilities and accelerating growth initiatives, enabling them to own the future rather than be disrupted by it. Our goal is to empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes, and improve consumer outcomes. Health systems, hospitals, and clinics face immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs. Investing in partnerships, services, and technology alone isn't enough; long-term success requires empowering leaders, clinicians, staff, and communities to foster a culture of innovation for the best patient outcomes. Joining Huron means helping clients adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare landscape, optimize operations, improve clinical results, enhance the healthcare experience, and boost engagement across the enterprise. As a Manager at Huron, you will play a vital role, managing projects and leading teams. You will build lasting client relationships, collaborate with colleagues, and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and achievement. You will have opportunities to specialize in areas aligned with your expertise while gaining broad exposure across our practice.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Lead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes for cost-effective and timely medical supplies delivery. Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous supply chain improvements. Manage complex performance improvement projects and oversee junior team members effectively. Analyze complex data sets, interpret trends, and implement recommendations for performance improvement. Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders, setting clear directions and influencing outcomes. Collaborate with teams and clients to understand challenges and adapt strategies accordingly. Demonstrate team leadership, including talent development and performance feedback. Manage utilization and complete required training and compliance courses.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required. Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly (Monday-Thursday) and work extended hours as needed. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Experience in training and developing staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Direct supervisory experience. 6-8 years of consulting or healthcare operations experience. Ability to work flexibly across industry segments. US work authorization required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Hospital operations leadership, process re-engineering, or performance improvement experience. Project management in a consulting environment focusing on cost, workforce, or supply chain. Experience managing costs and workflows in post-acute care settings. Clinical leadership experience across care settings, focusing on care delivery, workforce planning, and digital strategies. The estimated base salary range is $132,000 - $165,000, with total compensation including incentives estimated at $151,800 - $206,250. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Salary ranges comply with applicable laws and may vary based on experience and other factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr Huron
